Shipping of Stickers & Decals:
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
*Stickers are Shipped within 1-5 days from payment clearing depending on the size of your order.
*Shipping for these items are done through USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order.
*STANDARD SHIPPING Classifies as either USPS Priority Mail and UPS
- These include Insurance on your Purchase
-SHIPPING OVERAGE COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED!!!!
(USPS 1st class mail is not covered by Insurance. If you want insurance on your items, you MUST upgrade to Priority Mail)
*I am not responsible for items lost by USPS. As a buyer you are given the option to upgrade your shipping to include a tracking #. If you want to track your order you will need to upgrade your shipping to include a tracking #. This option is provided during checkout.
*As a buyer, you are responsible for making sure that your shipping address is correct. If your item is returned due to an inaccurate address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again.
* There is a 25% restocking fee on items and complete forfeiture of all shipping fees on returned, unclaimed shipments, and attempted deliveries.
*I do not refund or exchange stickers due to buyers remorse or buyer's error. This includes the wrong size or color chosen by the buyer.
*Stickers can however be replaced due to damage during shipping w/photos provided.

Local Pick Up is Available in Ocala, Florida. If you live in the State of Florida a nearby State, you are more than Welcome to Save on Shipping & Pick Your Item Up. Please Message me if you are interested in Local Pick up.
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE & CUSTOMS:
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
1.) I only ship Shoe Boxes & Mini Boxes within the United States.
2.) Buyer is responsible for paying their own import fees & taxes on any items purchased.
3.) I am not responsible for any items that get stuck in Customs, refused by Customs, or sent back by Customs.
4.) I do not refund for any purchases that are shipped back because of Customs Issues, If you do not pick up your shipment, or refuse your shipment.
5.) There is a 25% restocking fee on items and complete forfeiture of all shipping fees on returned, unclaimed shipments, and attempted deliveries.
6.) If your order requires additional shipping - you will be emailed and invoiced for the additional cost through PayPal. If you do not pay the additional cost when requested to, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and refunded the balance.
If your Order includes any Pre-Order Items...
Your Entire Order will Ship Once your Pre-Ordered Items are Ready. Please make sure you check dates of availability. If you need 1 of your items sooner... you will need to Place 2 separate orders.
There are no Refunds given for any Orders Placed on this website due to the fact that All items are Brand New & Made to Order specifically for the buyer.
All Items Are shipped in Brand New Un-Used Condition.If for any reason it is deemed necessary for you to make a return by the seller, the items you return must be in Brand New Un-Used Condition. (Unless it has been damaged during shipping) *Please see Item Specific Return Policies* If you receive an item that wasn’t ordered or If your Order is incorrect, you must make contact @ email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your shipment so that the issue can be addressed. Please include your order # when sending any requests. Conditions apply & an approval must be made with an RO# for ANY returns.
Your information is only kept in the system for your personal purchases and for contact purposes by Kustom Vinyl & More. Your information is not shared or sold to ANY 3rd party company for any reason what so ever. Any credit card information you share during checkout is not shared or seen by any employee of Kustom Vinyl & More. We can not automatically bill your credit card for additional items or shipping services without sending you an invoice - from there you pay using your credit card or banking information.
Any duplicate billing that may occur will not one on our end - you must contact your banking or credit card service.
Wholesale is not available, but bulk pricing is an option depending on items and quantities.
